The role of the Noyo Fisheries Trust is to acquire, hold, and lease fishing assets for the benefit of the Fort Bragg fishing community. We do this in a way that financially supports our local fishing enterprises, that supports fishing practices which improve the sustainability of our fisheries, and supports research to better understand and manage the complex interactions of the Pacific marine ecosystem and our fishing-dependent communities.
